I’ve Got Good News And…

I’ve got MORE good news!  But first, the good news…

Thank you for those who were praying for my friend’s marriage.  She emailed me yesterday to tell me her husband came back home and has decided he DOES want to give this marriage another try.  She firmly laid down the ground rules and boundaries and made him no promises but…they are both back in the home and ready to attempt to heal their broken lives.   

I couldn’t be happier if I had won the Powerball jackpot.  (I could be richer…but not happier!)

So yea God for hearing and answering all of those prayers!

On to the OTHER good news…

A few of my readers here and  over at “The Way I See It,” along with a friend or two (Yo, J!), have expressed the desire for me to help them learn how to take a better photo.  I’ve thought about it and thought about it and now I have finally DONE SOMETHING ABOUT IT. 

If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to take a better photo, or how to really make your camera work for you (no matter WHAT kind it is), or to understand why one photo comes out overexposed and one comes out under-exposed, or even why you always cut off Aunt Lois’ head and Uncle Marvin’s feet, have I got a deal for you.  I’m starting up an online class to help those of you who want to get past that “auto” button so you can really take a professional looking photo, regardless of the camera you are using.  The only delineation I am making is that I’m only going to deal with digital cameras here and not film (because that is what I know best) but it won’t matter if you are using a simple Kodak point-n-shoot or a Canon pro camera with different lenses (DSLR’s).  I’m bound and determined to teach you what you need to know so you won’t get back bad photos from the printer any more! 

Now – go tell the world, people!  Call up Uncle Festus and cousin Mabel and tell ‘em “You need to quit sucking at taking photos!”  Then…tell them to join us over at “Hey, Jules, Help me Take a Better Photograph!”
